Cancellation Policy
- 24-Hour Notice: Clients must cancel or reschedule sessions at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee. - Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session may incur a fee of 50% of the session cost. - No-Shows: If a client does not show up for a scheduled session without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged. - Exceptions: Emergencies or extenuating circumstances may be considered at the discretion of Nebula Sports Science.
